Convoluted Technologies qualified pressure welding staff is capable of servicing the industry with quality welding work in accordance to relevant national and international codes and standards. We have in house capabilities to layout jobs with Auto-Cad to achieve exact specifications and minimize all re-work by pointing out problems before they arise in fabrication. Welder qualification by testing all welders on qualified procedures before proceeding to production welds, welding procedures written in house and tested by NATA accredited laboratories, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Safe work method statements (SWMS) and Job safety analysis (JSA) written in house for specific projects as required. We have our own hydrostatic, pneumatic test facilities and dye penetrate testing. And we are conveniently located near NATA accredited suppliers of mechanical testing to qualify new welding procedures and NDT testing like radiography, ultrasonics, eddy current and magnetic particle.
